ARE ITEMS RETURNABLE?- Yes,simply return item in its unused original condition
and original packaging within 10days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or credit note.Please note that postage costs are not refundable.
To avoid returns due to incorrect size please ensure you measure your dog as accurately as possible. A £3 P&P fee will be charged if your are requesting an exchange.
In the event of a price variation you will be issued with a credit note if the price of exchange item is less or if it is greater than original purchase price please enclose a cheque for the additional amount made payable to 'Minnies Boutique'.
Goods should be returned using registered or recorded post to the address shown on this site, as we cannot be held responsible for the losses in the postal system.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that are not in their original condition or have been opened and used.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?-If your item is faulty return it to us staight away and you will be offered a full refund or a replacement. Please note the postage costs are not refundable.
Please note that Toys are not returnable.

payment pages.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?- It is our aim to get your order to you
as quickly as possible. If your order is in stock it should reach you within
2-3 days. For out-of-stock items you must allow up to 21 days for delivery.
If the item is out of stock we will contact you via email to advise you of the delay, we will then notifiy you when the item is in stock and provide you with a delivery date.
Please allow a little longer at busier times such as November and December.
For UK delivery we charge £3.95. This price applies regardless of however small or large your order may be.
Goods will only be delivered to the address on the order. Once you are in receipt of the goods any loss or damage is at your own risk.
DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?- Yes we deliver overseas,p&p is £18.00. Please note that you may have to pay local inport duties on receipt.
